These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, services and online grocery ordering platform operated by A M Agency ("Town Basket", "we", "us", or "our"), having its place of business at No. 40, Sultania Hosa Colony, T. Narasipura Taluk, Gargeshwari, Mysuru, Karnataka 571110. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About us

Town Basket is a single neighbourhood supermarket that sells and delivers groceries and everyday household items to customers located within approximately 5 km of our store. We operate in India and our business details are: GSTIN 29HQDPS1095F1ZF.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that the delivery address falls within our service area.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may, at our discretion, decline or cancel an order — for example, where items are out of stock, the delivery address is outside our service area, pricing errors occur, or we suspect fraudulent activity. Where an order is cancelled after payment, any amount paid will be refunded in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You can pay online via UPI (processed through the Paytm Payment Gateway) or by Cash on Delivery. We are not responsible for any fees levied by your bank or UPI provider. Prices and offers may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available only within our service area as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to weather, traffic, demand, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because groceries are often perishable, certain items may not be eligible for return once delivered.

7. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product details, images, weights and prices accurately. However, packaging, weights and availability may vary. Images are for representation only.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details, to be available to receive your order at the address provided, and not to misuse the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Town Basket name, logo, text and graphics, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of our services shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mysuru, Karnataka.
