Town Basket is a single neighbourhood supermarket offering local grocery delivery. This policy explains where we deliver, our delivery timings and what you can expect once you place an order.

1. Delivery area

We deliver only within approximately 5 km of our store located at No. 40, Sultania Hosa Colony, T. Narasipura Taluk, Gargeshwari, Mysuru, Karnataka 571110. If your delivery address falls outside this radius, we are unable to fulfil the order and any amount paid will be refunded in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Serviceability for a given address is confirmed at the time of placing the order.

2. Delivery timings

We deliver during our operating hours: 8:00 AM โ€“ 9:00 PM, all days. Orders placed outside these hours are processed when we next open.

3. Delivery time / promise

We aim to deliver your order within typically within 30โ€“60 minutes of order confirmation during operating hours. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control. If a significant delay is expected, we will try to keep you informed.

4. Delivery charges

Applicable delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay. Free delivery on all orders. A minimum order value of โ‚น499 applies.

5. Receiving your order

Please ensure that you or someone on your behalf is available to receive the order at the address provided and that the contact number is reachable. If we are unable to reach you or complete the delivery after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned and refund/replacement handled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
