Shipping & Delivery Policy

Town Basket is a single neighbourhood supermarket offering local grocery delivery. This policy explains where we deliver, our delivery timings and what you can expect once you place an order.

1. Delivery area

We deliver only within approximately 5 km of our store located at No. 40, Sultania Hosa Colony, T. Narasipura Taluk, Gargeshwari, Mysuru, Karnataka 571110. If your delivery address falls outside this radius, we are unable to fulfil the order and any amount paid will be refunded in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Serviceability for a given address is confirmed at the time of placing the order.

2. Delivery timings

We deliver during our operating hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, all days. You can browse the shop at any time, but orders can only be placed while we are open.

3. Delivery time / promise

We aim to deliver your order typically within 30–60 minutes of order confirmation during operating hours. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control. If a significant delay is expected, we will try to keep you informed.

4. Delivery charges

Delivery is free on all orders. A minimum order value may apply; if it does, it is shown on the cart and at checkout before you place your order.

5. Receiving your order

Please ensure that you or someone on your behalf is available to receive the order at the address provided and that the contact number is reachable. If we are unable to reach you or complete the delivery after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned and refund/replacement handled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Order tracking and support

You can follow your order's status on its order page in the Town Basket app or website. When your order is out for delivery, a delivery code appears there; please give it to the delivery person when they arrive.
